Access data

We, the website operator or website provider, collect data on basis of our legitimate interest when accessing the website (see Art. 6 (1) lit. DSGVO) and save these as "server log files" on the server of the website. The following data is recorded:

The server log files are stored for a maximum of 14 days and then anonymized. The data is stored for the purpose of detecting the error "404 - page not found". If data have to be revoked for reasons of proof, they are excluded from the anonymization until the incident has been finally clarified.

The DMARC reports are stored by us for a period of 6 months and then deleted. The data is stored to check the correct configuration of the mail server and for the traceability of e-mail traffic. The DMARC reports are also sent to the email address stored at the sender domain, depending on the DMARC record stored at the sender domain. The storage period of the reports at the recipient domain is beyond our control and must be requested from the operator of the recipient mail domain.
