"The machining shop of CDP BHARAT FORGE is using state-of-the-art machining, drilling and grinding centres for forged steel, cast and aluminium. Supported by in-house constructed and produced hydraulic fixtures ambitious parts in small, middle and large series can be produced. Depending on customer demands additional assembly and finishing operations can be realized. Quality assurance is equipped with modern 3D measuring machines and contour measuring stuff used by trained staff. Crack detection by magnetic particle inspection and eddy current is a standard. The customer support starting with new project and closing with spare parts is a component in the quality management of the machining shop."
